Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
Registered Nurse – ICU in Glens Falls, NY. Start date 07/30/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,070–$2,134. Guaranteed hours 24 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill adult patients in the ICU, including monitoring, assessment, and response to changes in condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and invasive lines per physician orders; manage hemodynamic monitoring as indicated
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds and care planning
- Document patient status, treatments, and care plans in the EPIC electronic health record; ensure accurate and timely charting
- Respond to emergent events (codes) and assist with bedside procedures as trained; maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control
- Maintain flexibility by floating to Med-Surg/Tele when needed and performing related duties to support unit operations
Requirements
- New York RN license and NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required and uploaded upfront
- EPIC experience required
- ICU/CCU experience: minimum 3 years; RN experience: minimum 5 years
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg/Tele when needed
- Travel experience; own vehicle required
- Certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) current
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- On the profile: current Nursys verification; eligible to work in New York; complete 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance
- RTO requests: no more than 5 days; must be noted at upload
- Training: completion of a recognized de-escalation or crisis prevention program (Welle or CPI) is preferred
