Registered Nurse – Acute Care travel assignment in Marietta, Georgia. Start date 05/26/2026 for 13 weeks. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety, quality, and patient-centered outcomes
- Assess patients, monitor status, recognize changes, and respond with appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and therapies according to physician orders and hospital protocols
- Document assessments, progress notes, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed colleagues to coordinate care plans and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families, address questions, and uphold patient advocacy principles
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license to practice
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Ability to work night shift in a hospital/acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of nursing practice standards, ethics, and compliance with Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act; familiarity with evidence-based practice and patient safety protocols
- Ability to meet credentialing and onboarding requirements for a travel assignment
