Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date 03/16/2026. 12-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour daytime shifts (06:00–18:30). Setting: LTC - Nursing Home. Weekly pay range: $759-$799 per week. Local-only assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care; document accurately
- Monitor resident status, recognize changes, and report findings to the supervising clinician
- Assist with activities of daily living and support the care team to maintain residents’ quality of life
- Maintain infection control practices, patient safety, and thorough charting in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other disciplines to implement and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Long-term care experience preferred; minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a similar setting is acceptable
- Ability to work 3x12-hour daytime shifts and adhere to a structured schedule
- Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening as required
