X-ray Tech (Radiology) – Olympia, Washington – Start date 06/30/2026 – 13 weeks travel assignment – $1,981-$2,175 per week – Shift: 4x10-hour days (first 6 weeks scheduled nights) – Work setting: hospital

Responsibilities
- Perform general and portable radiography for inpatients, outpatients, and ED patients, using appropriate technique and positioning.
- Conduct fluoroscopy procedures as needed and provide OR support using C-arm; O-arm experience preferred but not required.
- Support pediatric imaging when needed, adapting techniques to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Create and maintain accurate imaging records in the Epic charting system; ensure documentation and workflow align with radiology protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and imaging teams; float between like units as required and participate in coverage for ED, inpatient, and outpatient imaging.
- Adhere to ALARA principles and patient safety standards; assist with patient positioning and transport as appropriate.
Requirements
- ARRT (R) certification and BLS; active license or pending license accepted.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical radiology experience; first-time travelers accepted.
- Epic charting experience required.
- Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule with weekend requirements; ability to float between like units.
- Trauma Level I experience and neonatal/pediatric imaging experience preferred.
- Pre-start modules completion required (average ~16 hours); two professional references covering the last year of experience.
