Travel Physical Therapist Job
Physical Therapist – Travel in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. Start date: 04/27/2026. This 13-week assignment offers a weekly pay range of $2,099 to $2,266, with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. Shift pattern is 5x8 days, with a scheduled work period from 08:00 to 16:30. The position is in a long-term care setting, providing rehabilitation services to residents who require skilled PT care.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial PT evaluations and reassessments to determine patient needs and goals.
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence.
- Administer therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications as indicated.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in alignment with facility and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other therapy staff to coordinate care and optimize resident outcomes.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and equipment handling in all therapy sessions and clinical activities.
Requirements
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or equivalent).
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and participate in a travel assignment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Availability to work the scheduled shift (08:00–16:30) and adapt to the assignment’s travel requirements.
