Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for outpatient patients
- Manage a wide range of diagnoses, including post-operative care, joint replacement recovery, back pain, tendinopathies, general deconditioning, balance disorders, and vertigo
- Implement gait and balance training, proprioceptive exercises, and neuromuscular re-education as appropriate
- Provide education and instructions to patients and families; develop individualized rehabilitative programs
- Perform documentation of progress and treatment plans in the designated EMR; familiarity with CPSI EMR is highly preferred
- Collaborate with PTAs and other healthcare team members; be flexible to work inpatient PT as needed

Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or license by compact; must be uploaded with profile
- 2 years of current physical therapy experience (new grads will not be considered)
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- NPI must be provided after start; CAQH must be updated after start
- Flexibility to work inpatient PT as needed and to treat a broad range of outpatient diagnoses
- CPSI EMR experience is highly preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Own vehicle or reliable transportation required due to limited public transit in the area
