Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Job
Registered Nurse, Med Surg — Hallock, Minnesota. Travel, temporary assignment beginning 07/06/2026 for several weeks in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $1,787–$1,837 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: rotating 3x12 (day/night).

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Med Surg unit, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient status.
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies; respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and support discharge planning and patient education.
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation; follow policy; may float to other units as requested to meet center needs.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, assist with procedures, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota RN license at submission (no pending licenses accepted)
- BLS and ACLS required; TNCC may be optional based on experience
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience; 1.5–2 years LTC/critical access experience within the last year; critical access experience preferred
- Ability to work a rotating day/night 3x12 schedule; may float to other units as needed; every other weekend required
- Background and vaccination requirements: clean background per policy; COVID-19 vaccination/booster required at start; two references required; RTO requests must be submitted with submission and approved at submission
