Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a Long-Term Care specialty is invited for a travel assignment in Boscobel, WI. Start date: 04/27/2026 or ASAP pending compliance. Duration: 13 weeks with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 5x8 evenings, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. Weekly pay: $1,755–$1,882 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and respond to call bells promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident comfort and safety
- Document care accurately in the resident’s chart and communicate with the care team
- Support care planning by collaborating with RNs and physicians to implement updates to the care plan
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin
- Ability to work the listed shift (2:45 PM–11:15 PM) and meet 40 hours per week guaranteed
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements prior to start date
