Responsibilities
- Provide routine patient care under supervision, including help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, and maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Support basic nursing tasks under direction of licensed staff and document observations and patient responses.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition, vital signs, and hygiene needs; maintain accurate, concise documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment; adhere to infection control and privacy practices.
Requirements
- Ability to perform essential CNA/LNA duties with compassion and professionalism.
- Willingness to work Evening and/or Overnight shifts (as listed).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the care team.
- Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and facility policies.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.
