Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele (MS/Telemetry) — Saint Louis, MO, United States. Travel temporary assignment beginning 06/29/2026 for several weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,061–$2,148 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12. Work setting: acute care, Neuro/Orthopedics and Med/Surg with Telemetry coverage.

- Unit setting: Neuro/Ortho (MS/Telemetry) on a Med/Surg Tele unit in an acute care setting
Responsibilities
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation for adult patients on Neuro/Orthopedics and Med/Surg with Stroke/CVA, including remote monitoring as needed
- Post-operative care and total joint replacement support, including wound care and early mobilization
- Stroke care delivery with NIHSS assessment and escalation of changes in patient status
- IV starts and maintenance; PICC line management; PCA administration as ordered
- Medication administration, pain management, and adherence to isolation precautions/PPE
- Documentation in Epic and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state requirements per policy noted in job materials)
- BCLS/BLS certification; NIHSS certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred; first-timers accepted
- Education: RN degree from an accredited program
- Ability to work in the Med/Surg Tele Neuro/Ortho unit and to float to related units as assigned (except ICU, SDU, and ED)
- Epic charting experience or proficiency with electronic medical records
