This travel role requires a therapist with pediatric OT experience and ability to work within a hospital-affiliated outpatient service line.

- Shift: 5x8 Days; outpatient pediatric therapy across pediatrics and adolescents
- Campus setting with NICU on site and interdisciplinary support (Social Services)

Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric developmental assessments and evaluations to inform OT planning
- Develop and implement evidence-based OT plans of care focusing on ADLs, feeding strategies, sensory integration/sensory diet, neurodevelopmental approaches, and visual/perceptual skills
- Provide patient- and family-centered education, training, and discharge planning; document progress and plans in the charting system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teammates, including Social Services, to support holistic care and transitions
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, ensure safety, and manage therapy equipment in a busy outpatient setting

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience; travel experience required; first-timers not accepted
- NBCOT certification; BLS certification
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to work in an outpatient pediatric setting with adolescents and children
- Active OT license to practice in Washington state (or licensure eligible per regulation)
- Age groups served: Pediatrics and Adolescents
- Pre-start requirements: ~16 hours of mandatory modules; 8-hour orientation
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Not accepting local candidates; willing to travel outside a 50-mile radius
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
