Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
The ER Registered Nurse will join a travel assignment in a hospital setting in Nashua, NH. Start date 07/20/2026 for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour Day shift (7:00 am–7:00 pm). Weekly pay range is $2,145 to $2,354. This position requires active NH RN license or eligibility, BLS and ACLS certification, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
- Conduct admission assessments, including past medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, X-rays, and other diagnostics
- Collaborate with the medical team to plan and implement a written care plan under physician direction
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety and accuracy in administration
- Document care and interventions accurately in the patient record; maintain patient confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with the care team and involve patients and families in education and decision-making
- Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse cultures, ages, and beliefs when delivering care
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain NH RN license
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Experience: Clinical experience preferred; ER/acute care experience beneficial
- Certifications/Professional Activities: Certification in specialty preferred; membership in a professional nursing organization encouraged
- Ability to work in a hospital ER setting and to sustain a 3x12-hour day shift schedule
