Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Travel) | ER nursing, Concord, NH | Start May 18, 2026 | 18 weeks | $2,225–$2,390 per week | 36 hours guaranteed | 12-hour Day shifts on a 12x3 schedule in a hospital setting. This travel assignment serves a wide age range from newborns to geriatrics, with OB not included.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the ED for patients across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric; OB not included), including triage and initial assessment
- Administer medications, perform IV therapy, wound care, and basic procedures as ordered; monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Conduct focused assessments, frequent re-evaluations, and documentation in the electronic medical record; interpret orders and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and the care team; assist with procedures, labs, imaging, and coordinated patient care and disposition (discharge, admission, transfer)
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory and hospital policies; provide patient and family education as appropriate
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required at submission
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- NURSYS license verification showing all active RN licenses
- At least two recent ER Charge/Manager RN references
- Up-to-date resume including years of ER experience and travel history
- RTO (Reasonable Time Off) must be requested at submission
- Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to EMR use
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ED environment and to float to nearby facilities if requested
