Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for an outpatient caseload, including orthopedic and pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; apply evidence-based interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, gait training, ADL training)
- Administer therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed; document progress in medical records
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modification; coordinate discharge planning
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and timely communication
- Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance; meet relevant productivity and quality standards

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy experience
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic care; pediatrics experience is preferred
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a flexible outpatient setting and coordinate travel for the assignment
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability to start by 08/31/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
