Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a long-term care travel assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Start date 04/22/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range is $1,118 to $1,142 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 each week. Shift is night hours (3x12) from 18:00 to 06:30. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, focusing on comfort, safety, and independence.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor resident status, identify changes, and promptly report to the supervising RN; adjust care plans as directed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support mobility, nutrition, and hygiene needs.
- Document care accurately in the charting system; participate in care planning and interdisciplinary rounds.
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and quality care standards; respond to emergencies per policy.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state of practice appropriate to placement)
- Availability for night shift schedule (18:00–06:30) and 3x12-hour shifts
- Ability to commit to a 16-week assignment with guaranteed weekly hours
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
