Travel Registered Nurse Home Health Job
Registered Nurse – Home Health, York, Maine. Travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting, starting 05/25/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with 5–8 hour shifts. Weekly pay range: $2,163 to $2,246. Weekend rotation required (typically 2–3 weekend days per month). No on-call required. Active Maine RN license and BLS certification are required. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing nursing care for home health patients
- Perform OASIS visits and ensure accurate data collection for care planning
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and provide wound care, IV therapy, and symptom management per orders
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, and disease management
- Document care activities timely in the electronic health record and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Maine
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Care experience
- Ability to perform OASIS visits and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
- Availability to work a 40-hour week with a weekend rotation (2–3 weekends per month)
