Responsibilities
- Prioritize and perform a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests on various biological specimens.
- Review, evaluate, document, and report results to the appropriate clinical teams.
- Preserve confidentiality of patient information and follow lab safety and maintenance protocols.
- Train and supervise trainees, laboratory assistants, and clerks as needed.
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely, accurate communication of results.
Requirements
- Ability to perform duties in a hospital laboratory setting in Templeton, CA.
- Proficiency in handling a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests and specimens.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.
- Willingness to train and supervise trainees and clerks as needed.
