Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults undergoing interventional procedures in the cath lab
- Monitor hemodynamic status, administer medications as prescribed, and support during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
- Maintain sterile technique, prepare and verify equipment, and ensure procedural readiness
- Document assessments, intra-procedural notes, and post-procedure care, including sheath management
- Collaborate with interventional cardiology, radiology, and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Respond to procedural changes or emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions and communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment
- Availability to begin around the start date of November 2, 2026
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week in a hospital setting
