Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in the long-term care setting under the direction of a supervising RN
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in the chart
- Monitor residents’ conditions, identify changes, and report findings promptly to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting dignity and independence
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and uphold infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to implement and update individualized care plans
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to practice locally)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts and comply with the local schedule
- Willingness to commit to an 11-week travel assignment in the Keene area
- Ability to pass routine background checks and onboarding requirements
