Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Conduct initial evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals.
- Deliver therapy across a caseload of approximately 50 pediatric patients, coordinating care with families and the broader care team.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in the EPIC EMR; ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., physicians, speech and occupational therapy, nursing) to optimize patient outcomes.
- Emphasize safety, infection control, and patient and family education; adapt interventions to each child’s development and abilities.

Requirements
- Active Ohio physical therapy license and registry in good standing (cannot be in process)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of current pediatric rehabilitation experience
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
- Ability to work five days per week (eight hours per day) in a daytime schedule
- Capacity to manage a caseload of about 50 pediatric patients with appropriate documentation and communication
