Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and document administration accurately in the charting system
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes, and escalate concerns to the supervising RN or physician
- Support activities of daily living and provide basic wound care and dressing changes as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and timely communication with the interdisciplinary team
- Adhere to infection control procedures, safety standards, and facility policies
Requirements
- Current LPN license (state of practice aligned with assignment) and eligibility to work in New Hampshire
- Ability to work the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and commit to a 9-week contract
- Local candidates preferred; reliable for shift pattern and schedule
- Ability to perform duties in a skilled nursing setting and follow care plans
- Capacity to utilize electronic health records and standard nursing documentation
- Willingness to comply with background check and any required pre-employment screening
