Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab Technologist (CVIS/Radiology) in Saratoga Springs, NY. This travel, temporary assignment starts 06/22/2026 and runs for multiple weeks. Responsibilities
- Support imaging/CVIS needs across the hospital, including the Cath Lab and related imaging workflows
- May work in ED, ICU, Cath Lab, D1 (MS/Tele), and Urgent Care per facility requirements
- Perform and assist with radiologic imaging and CVIS tasks under supervision, maintaining patient safety and sterile technique
- Document procedures and results in EPIC; communicate findings to the cardiology and care teams
- Operate imaging equipment, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in patient condition during procedures
- Float within the hospital as needed to match the skill set and unit demands; adhere to unit-specific exam requirements
Requirements
- NY State license: Radiology Techs must have a permanent NY license in hand prior to starting; temporary licenses not accepted
- Certifications: ARRT or CCI (RCIS) required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years CVIS/Rad Tech experience; travel experience preferred
- EKG competency: Relias EKG exam required within 72 hours of signing; onsite pass standard (85%) with remediation and retest allowed under limited conditions
- Charting: Proficiency with EPIC required
- Residency restriction: Local address within 50 miles of the assignment location not accepted
