Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and transfers under supervision of licensed staff
- Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nursing team
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Document care provided and update care plans as directed
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and resident dignity standards
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/licensure to practice in New Hampshire
- Ability to perform essential CNA duties in a long-term care setting
- Availability to work the scheduled shift and travel assignment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
