Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech – Ultrasound specialty – Lodi, California, United States. Start date 08/24/2026. 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay between $1,866 and $2,010. Shift: 4x10-hour days. Work setting: a short-term acute care hospital environment. This role requires CA licensure requirements and ARDMS/ARRT/CCI credentials as noted, and includes scanning across multiple modalities on GE Logiq E9/E10 systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures following established protocols and physician directives.
- Acquire high-quality images and document measurements to support diagnoses for breast, OB, anatomy scans, DVT, upper and lower extremity vascular studies, renal artery, carotid, abdomen, pelvis, and related areas.
- Summarize and present imaging findings, calculations, and measurements to physicians; assist with interpretation as directed.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensure image integrity, and adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Provide direct patient care: assess condition, prepare and position patients, monitor vital signs, and observe for reactions or complications.
- Supervise and mentor ultrasound personnel when applicable; contribute to department workflow and quality assurance.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma/certificate from an ultrasound program (required).
- Certifications: Current registration/certification in one or more of the following (within one year of hire): ARDMS (AB, OB, or RVT), CCI-RVS, ARRT-VS, or ARRT-S. California (and Hawaii) licensure requirements apply (multiple areas preferred). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Experience: At least two years of recent ultrasound experience.
- Other: Current nursing license per the state of assignment; ability to work in a fast-paced short-term acute care setting; valid in-state credentials for CA.
