Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Travel assignment in Kremmling, CO. Start July 13, 2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay $1,680–$1,815 per week. Guaranteed hours: 32 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts with on-call requirements. Work setting: Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department with floating coverage to Granby and Kremmling.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate emergency nursing care in the ED, including triage, assessment, planning, implementation, and discharge coordination.
- Float to Granby and/or Kremmling as assigned, delivering consistent nursing care across multiple ED settings.
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and respond to acute emergencies following established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; document accurately in the medical record.
- Maintain readiness for trauma and critical events, adhering to ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS, and CEN guidelines; participate in on-call coverage as required.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and equipment readiness; provide patient and family education and support discharge planning.
Requirements
- Colorado RN license (active)
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS; CEN certification preferred
- Experience: Emergency Department experience in a CAH setting preferred
- Ability to work in a float ED role across multiple locations and to meet on-call/holidays requirements
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document care accurately
