Responsibilities
- Conduct specialized examinations in cardiac catheterization, peripheral vascular studies, and/or electrophysiology studies.
- Serve as a lead worker and resource to medical and clinical staff to support safe, efficient care.
- Collaborate with the intra-procedure team to maintain patient safety and high-quality care.
- Assist with identification, preparation, and draping of patients and room setup for routine procedures; read orders/protocols and coordinate with physicians as needed.
- Maintain and calibrate cardiovascular equipment; perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to keep equipment operational.
- Stay current with developments in cardiovascular technology and integrate new knowledge into current practice; ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.

Requirements
- Active ARRT or RCIS certification
- Active American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications
- State of Texas Medical Radiologic License
- Minimum 1 year experience in Special Procedures or Cath/EP lab
- Resume required; two supervisory references from within the last year; proof of taxable address
- On-call rotating after hours with a required Sunday rotation
