LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 04/01/2026 for 7 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Weekly pay: $985–$1,057 per week. Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts (3×12). Setting: skilled nursing facility. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents under supervision and according to the current care plan
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately and timely
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living, basic wound care, and routine treatments as directed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and communicate with residents and families as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure medication safety, and uphold infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico or eligible to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts) for a 7-week assignment starting 04/01/2026
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
