Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients; develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to improve mobility and function
- Deliver PT interventions including therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, and modality-based treatments
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings; contribute to discharge planning
- Document assessments, goals, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in the electronic health record; ensure accuracy and compliance
- Float between facilities as needed and adapt to varied patient populations and clinical situations
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards; manage equipment and supplies; assist with lifting and transfer of patients when appropriate

Requirements
- Active Montana Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a rural healthcare setting and travel between facilities as needed
- Proficiency with electronic health records and common healthcare software; strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Preferred certifications: dry needling or pelvic floor therapy; not required
