Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging and CT-guided procedures, adhering to established protocols and quality standards
- Operate CT equipment, optimize imaging parameters, monitor patient dose, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Execute fluoroscopy when indicated, following radiation safety practices and institutional guidelines
- Properly position patients, manage contrast administration as required, and communicate findings to radiologists
- Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation; ensure correct image labeling and storage
- Provide coverage as assigned and participate in on-call rotation as needed to support department operations
Requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Fluoroscopy certificate desirable
- Proof of negative TB test within the 24 months prior to contract start date
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts, with some on-call rotation
- Must be equipped to work in a hospital radiology setting and collaboratively with the imaging team
