Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) position in Kailua, Hawaii. Start date: 11/30/2026. 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,058 to $2,111 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process
- Collect and interpret health data, plan interventions, implement care, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; collaborate with multidisciplinary team
- Coordinate care with other services, participate in discharge planning, and provide patient and family education
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment; ensure patient safety and privacy
- Document care activities accurately and timely; communicate changes in patient status to the care team
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- ACLS certification from an approved vendor (facility policy: required)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) training or certification required
- Minimum of two years of recent acute care nursing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital tele/step-down setting and to participate in 12-hour shift rotation
- Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
