Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other routine tasks
- Support mobility and safe transfers using approved techniques and equipment
- Monitor resident status and report changes to the supervising licensed nurse; document vitals and observations as assigned
- Follow individualized care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold resident safety and dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary living environment; adhere to infection control and standard precautions
Requirements
- Active LNA license in Vermont
- Ability to perform essential duties in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts
- Eligible to work in the United States and pass standard background checks as required
