Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) – Nights in Saint Louis, Missouri. This travel assignment starts on 06/15/2026 and lasts for several weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,045 to $2,201, with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12 night schedule. The role operates as a telemetry-like PCU within an acute care setting. Responsibilities
- Deliver professionalRN care to adult telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and stroke management as appropriate
- Interpret telemetry data, identify dysrhythmias, and respond to changes in patient status per protocol
- Administer medications, including appropriately managing IV therapy and basic oxygen delivery
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and coordinate with the unit secretary to support patient flow
- Document care activities and assessments in the electronic medical record (Epic) with accuracy and timeliness
- Float within the telemetry service line as needed to support unit coverage
Requirements
- Current Missouri RN license or pending license accepted per posting (submission without license is OK per posting)
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS/BLS, NIHSS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience; first-timers accepted
- Education: Not specified beyond RN qualifications
- Ability to work in an acute care telemetry environment and float within telemetry as required
- Shift availability: Nights; two shifts every other weekend; weekend nights may vary (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)
- Vaccination: Flu vaccine required (exemptions for medical/religious reasons allowed); COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Local candidates: No local candidates within a 75-mile radius per local rule
- Orientation: 38 hours
