Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient Job
Physical Therapist – Outpatient, with travel to two outpatient clinics in Zanesville, Ohio and Coshocton, Ohio. This travel assignment begins 07/27/2026 for 13 weeks, offering 40 guaranteed hours per week at a pay range of $2,385 to $2,536 per week. Shift is day shift with varied start times, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, plus weekend call rotation. The role supports adult physical therapy in an outpatient setting focused on orthopedics, general medical/surgical and neurological diagnoses, with EPIC as the Electronic Medical Record system.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services for adults, addressing orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological conditions.
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals.
- Conduct interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
- Provide specialty services within scope as available, such as concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema care, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling.
- Document thoroughly in the EPIC EMR; communicate findings with the care team; coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and progression; participate in care transitions between settings.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio (or eligible for licensure)
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Outpatient PT experience with emphasis on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses
- Ability to work across two outpatient clinic locations and travel between sites as required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR or willingness to learn
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission; Start and End dates must mirror the confirmation page
