Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of an RN
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Monitor resident status, document changes, and communicate updates to supervising staff
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and routine rehabilitation tasks; support wound care as needed
- Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record and uphold infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in New Mexico
- Local candidates only
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts
- Availability for an initial 2-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Comfortable working in a long-term care setting
