Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Document and communicate patient status, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans in a home hospice environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient comfort and symptom management during end-of-life care.
- Manage and prioritize nursing interventions across multiple patients in a home-based setting.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- ICU/critical care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) required; BSN preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice environment
