Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform assessments, and respond to clinical changes; document care accurately and communicate changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, case managers, and ancillary staff to plan and adjust the plan of care; ensure smooth patient transitions and effective handoffs.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and privacy standards; contribute to performance improvement activities and evidence-based practice within the ICU.
- Apply ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring basics as appropriate to the unit’s protocol, escalating concerns as needed and ensuring timely escalation to physician leadership.

Requirements
- Active California RN license or eligibility
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on days; 36 hours per week
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment starting October 12, 2026
- Ability to complete credentialing onboarding and assignment-specific requirements
- U.S. work authorization
