Registered Nurse, PCU/IMCU travel assignment in Utica, NY. Start date: June 15, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,290–$2,313 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 2x3 days. Setting: hospital unit with IMCU/PCU responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult IMCU/PCU patients with a focus on neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory conditions
- Monitor and respond to changes in condition, including COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative status
- Utilize specialty equipment as needed: temp pacer, chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo; support patients on chronic vents with RT assistance
- Administer medications, assess effectiveness, document in the EPIC EMR, and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team
- Float to other units as required; maintain safety and quality standards; communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
Requirements
- Active New York RN license; Nursys license verification with ACTIVE NY License and all RN licenses
- 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience; travel experience documented on resume
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Local candidates within 75 miles eligible for local rate
- RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission
- Driver’s license with address that matches demographics; ability to work in a fast-paced IMCU/PCU environment
