Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies according to physician orders and established protocols
- Properly position patients and ensure their safety and comfort during CT exams
- Operate CT equipment, adjust scanning parameters, and monitor patients throughout the procedure
- Maintain image quality through adherence to imaging protocols and quality control processes
- Adhere to radiation safety measures and infection control practices to protect patients and staff
- Document procedures accurately in patient records and communicate results to radiologists as appropriate
- Collaborate with radiology team members to maintain workflow efficiency and timely exam turnaround
Requirements
- ARRT Certification Verification for CT (active/valid)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and comply with the outlined shift schedule
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment in the United States
- Prior CT imaging experience is preferred but not explicitly required by the notes
