Responsibilities

- Maintain safety and infection control standards; document in the electronic health record.
- Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the RN and initiate escalation when needed.
Requirements
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Ability to work night shift (18:00–06:30) and travel for a 12-week assignment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and New Mexico; willingness to travel for contract duration.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document clearly and accurately.
