Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
RN - ICU-Float Pool in a travel capacity for a home healthcare - hospice setting in Los Angeles, CA. Start date 04/13/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $1,821 to $1,921 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or a patient group per established standards of care and the nursing process
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessment findings, determine diagnoses or care issues, and develop a care plan
- Implement and coordinate interventions to achieve patient outcomes; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate appropriately and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with patients, families, and health professionals to provide safe, healing, and compassionate care; participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
- Provide patient and family education; contribute to a safe environment and uphold infection control practices
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in California
- ICU or critical care experience preferred for ease of integration into float pool duties
- Ability to work nights and participate in a 3x12-hour shift schedule
- Willingness to float across units as part of the ICU Float Pool
- Capacity to meet assignment-specific credentialing and onboarding requirements
