Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adult patients in ICU/IMCU with neuro-related conditions
- Monitor neurological status and related vitals, respond to changes, and communicate findings to the care team
- Administer medications, therapies, and equipment support per orders; monitor for adverse effects
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform and document accurate assessments, treatments, and handoffs; ensure charting compliance and patient safety
- Float between ICU and IMCU as needed and follow unit-specific protocols and guidelines

Requirements
- Active RN license (Georgia); Nursys license verification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU/Neuro ICU or IMCU; strong neuro experience required
- Certification card; required references; skills checklist; resume with no gaps greater than 60 days
- Demonstrated ability to work in an acute critical care environment and to float between units as needed
- Education: appropriate RN education and licensure to practice in Georgia
- Demographic information and badge-appropriate photo uploaded to profile as part of the onboarding process
