- Coordinate with licensed staff to ensure safe transfers, admissions, and discharges while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing for the assignment’s jurisdiction
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:30) in a long-term care environment
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the nursing team and care staff
- Eligible for a travel assignment and able to meet any governing state requirements
