Responsibilities

- Maintain safety, infection control, and standard precautions; follow facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team; participate in rounds and care planning discussions.
Requirements
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and adhere to a 40-hour work week.
- Strong documentation, observation, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to participate in an every-other-weekend schedule and travel assignments.
