Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) traveling to Berlin, VT for a 6-week assignment starting 03/30/2026. Shift: 3x12 Nights in a long-term care and nursing home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,502 to $1,619 per week. Not guaranteed hours. This placement is a travel, temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult residents within the licensed scope of practice
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and document findings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans and respond to changes in patient condition
- Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and routine procedures; ensure accurate charting and documentation
- Float to other units as needed to support staffing and resident needs; provide dementia care as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment following infection control and facility policies
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3 years of LPN experience; LTC experience preferred; prior travel experience required
- Comfortable caring for residents with dementia and complex needs
- Willingness to float to other units as needed; availability to work every other weekend
- Reliable transportation is strongly recommended; public transit constraints noted in assignment details
- Background checks: 7-year nationwide background check (including county searches, FACIS-3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date; FACIS-3 and VCIC to be completed within 30 days of start
