As an LPN in Long-Term Care, your day-to-day responsibilities will be grounded in compassionate, patient-focused care. You’ll monitor health status, administer medications, perform routine assessments, assist with daily living activities, support wound and skin care, manage mobility and fall-prevention strategies, and collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement individualized care plans. You’ll document responses to treatments, communicate clearly with residents and families, and advocate for safety and comfort across all shifts. Your professional growth will be supported through mentorship, access to ongoing training, and opportunities to expand your scope within long-term care, including quality-improvement initiatives, leadership tracks, and specialty education that aligns with residents’ evolving needs.
This position comes with competitive compensation and robust benefits designed to recognize your expertise. In addition to competitive pay, you’ll have access to a sign-on bonus and housing assistance to ease your relocation or travel needs, along with the flexibility of extension opportunities should you wish to continue making an impact beyond the initial assignment. We understand relocating or traveling for a new role can be a big step, which is why you’ll have 24/7 travel support from our dedicated team—assistants, clinical educators, and coordinators available around the clock to help you navigate any situation, from onboarding to on-site care.
