Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Travel assignment in Newark, New York. Start date: 04/21/2026. Duration: Weeks. Shift: 5x8 Days. Weekly pay: $890-$962 per week. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, toileting, turning/repositioning)
- Support mobility and transfers using Hoyer lift, transfer belts/boards; ensure safe patient handling
- Monitor and document vital signs (BP, pulse, respirations, temperature, pulse oximetry); respond to changes
- Provide skin and wound prevention care; use pressure-relieving surfaces and devices as indicated
- Perform routine catheter care and measure/record urine output; assist with specimen collection as needed
- Adhere to infection-control procedures, PPE use, and chart care in EPIC
Requirements
- NY license in hand (to submit)
- EPIC charting experience (hard requirement)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- Ability to work in an adult/geriatric inpatient setting
- Return-staff policy: must not have worked at the facility within the past 1 year
- Ability to float as needed by the facility
