Role specifics and benefits: In this long-term care setting, you’ll perform essential nursing tasks under RN supervision: comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration and monitoring, wound care, insulin management, and precise documentation in the electronic medical record. You’ll monitor vital signs, respond to changes in status, and escalate concerns promptly to the interdisciplinary team. You’ll contribute to care planning, participate in rounds, and help coordinate discharge planning and transitions.
