Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and document care accordingly.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent nursing discretion in daily practice.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing (state to be determined).
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 8 weeks.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
