Travel Dosimetrist Job
Dosimetrist position in California for a travel assignment, based in Greenbrae. Responsibilities
- Develop patient-specific dosimetric plans using Eclipse Treatment Planning System (TPS)
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and therapists to implement prescribed plans
- Perform dosimetric calculations, optimize beam arrangements, and verify dose constraints
- Conduct plan quality assurance and ensure accuracy of calculations and equipment settings
- Document plan details and communicate plan changes to the multidisciplinary team
- Support related simulation and plan review activities as needed
Requirements
- Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) certification required
- 3–5 years of dosimetry experience in radiation oncology
- Proficiency with Eclipse Treatment Planning System
- Day shift availability for a travel assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment
