Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a local LPN to join a skilled nursing setting for a nine-week travel assignment. The role requires dependable, patient-focused nursing care under supervision, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and adherence to facility policies. Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents under supervision, following LPN scope of practice
- Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and report changes to supervising RN or physician
- Administer prescribed medications and administer treatments as ordered, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures to residents
- Perform standard nursing procedures (vital signs, wound care, routine assessments) and document thoroughly
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and patient privacy standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license for New Mexico (NM)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Availability for a nine-week travel assignment starting 03/16/2026
- Local candidates only
